Full-Stack Solutions Architect

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, robust, and integrated solutions across ERP systems and custom applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect full-stack systems, guide developers, and ensure high-quality technical implementations that meet client business needs.

You will be a key technical advisor and implementation lead, working across frontend, backend, databases, and DevOps to bring high-impact digital systems to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

Design end-to-end architecture for ERPNext integrations, custom business apps, and digital tools.

Define tech stacks using React, Vue, and relevant databases like PostgreSQL, MariaDB.

Architect APIs, data flows, security models, and deployment strategies for scalable apps.

Project Solutioning

Participate in technical discovery, requirement analysis, and feasibility studies.

Translate client business processes (sales, service, marketing) into modular technical solutions.

Create high-level and low-level design documentation.

Development Oversight

Provide technical guidance to developers and DevOps teams during project execution.

Review code and architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

Support integration with external tools.

DevOps & Deployment

Oversee containerization (Docker), orchestration, and server setup.

Define CI/CD pipelines, monitoring dashboards, and uptime reporting.

Internal Capability Building

Mentor junior engineers on best practices, architecture principles, and secure coding.

Contribute to reusable component libraries, ERP add-ons, and system templates.

Maintain internal documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with React/Vue, Node.js/Express, and optionally Flask or Spring Boot

Deep understanding of relational (PostgreSQL/MariaDB) databases

Experience with system tools: GitHub, Docker, Redis, Nginx.

Familiarity with modern identity/auth systems like KeyCloak, Frappe OAuth.

API design (REST, WebSockets), system integration, and microservices architecture

Functional Understanding

ERP workflows (CRM, Sales, Support, Feedback, SOPs)

Operational strategy mapping to digital tools (Marketing, Sales, Service automation)

Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3+ years in full-stack engineering with 2+ years in architecture/design roles

Experience in ERPNext ecosystem is a strong plus
