ERP Technical Consultant (Python / Frappe Trainee)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Python developer who wants to build a career in ERP and business process automation. You will be trained in the Frappe Framework and ERP implementations while working on real-world business systems.

This is not just a development role it’s a launchpad to become an ERP Technical Consultant in a fast-growing consulting environment.

You will work on live ERP implementations, customizations, automation, and AI-assisted development workflows.

What You’ll Do

Develop backend features using Python

Build and consume REST APIs

Work with SQL databases and optimize queries

Contribute to frontend enhancements (basic JavaScript)

Deploy and manage production environments

Write automated tests using AI-assisted workflows

Improve development productivity using AI tools

Participate in real ERP implementation projects

Mandatory Skills

Strong fundamentals in Python

Understanding of REST APIs

Knowledge of SQL and database concepts

Basic JavaScript knowledge

Git version control

Ability to use AI tools effectively for:

Prompt engineering

Test case generation

Debugging assistance

Code optimization

Automation workflows
