ERPNext Consultant Intern
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic ERPNext & Frappe Consultant Intern to assist in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ERPNext and Frappe Framework-based solutions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tailoring solutions to meet client business needs while developing a strong foundation in ERP systems and the Frappe framework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Consulting
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements
Learn to map business processes to ERPNext modules
Shadow senior consultants in configuring ERPNext modules
Participate in end-user training sessions
Contribute to post-implementation support tasks
2. Technical Consulting
Develop basic customizations and scripts using the Frappe framework
Assist in designing and building ERPNext integrations
Support data migration processes from legacy systems to ERPNext
Help customize print formats, reports, and dashboards under supervision
Learn to troubleshoot ERPNext and Frappe technical issues
3. Project Support
Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and deliverables
Assist in documenting project progress and technical specifications
Contribute to the creation of user manuals
4. Continuous Learning
Stay updated on ERPNext and Frappe technologies through self-study and team knowledge sharing sessions
Contribute to the internal knowledge base
Participate in discussions to improve client solutions
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce(BSc), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes
Foundational knowledge of Python programming
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to ERPNext or other ERP systems
Basic understanding of database management systems
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
