Growth & Inside Sales Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a Growth & Inside Sales Intern who is eager to learn how modern B2B sales and growth engines work. This role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, inside sales, customer engagement, CRM tools, and growth experiments.
You’ll work closely with the leadership, sales, and marketing teams to support revenue growth and customer acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales Support
Research and identify potential leads (B2B prospects) using online tools, LinkedIn, and databases
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Assist in scheduling sales calls, demos, and follow-ups
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
Growth & Marketing Support
Support execution of growth campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
Analyze lead conversion data and share insights
Assist in improving sales funnels and customer journeys
Help with market research, competitor analysis, and ICP profiling
Customer Engagement
Engage with prospects via email, calls, or social platforms under guidance
Understand customer pain points and communicate value propositions clearly
Support post-demo follow-ups and nurture activities
Skills & Requirements
Must Have
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Interest in sales, business growth, startups, or consulting
Basic understanding of business processes or B2B sales (preferred, not mandatory)
Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and basic CRM systems
Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
Good to Have
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (ERPNext, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Basic knowledge of SaaS, ERP, IT services, or consulting sales
Exposure to digital marketing or cold outreach strategies
