ERPNext & Frappe Functional Consultant
Full-time
Own ERPNext implementations end to end. You will gather requirements from client stakeholders, map business processes to ERPNext modules across accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM and HR, configure the system, and support users through go-live and beyond.
We are looking for someone who can hold a conversation with a finance head about their month-end close and then translate it into a working configuration. Strong process thinking matters more than years of experience.
ERP Technical Consultant (Python / Frappe)
Full-time
Build custom Frappe applications, server scripts and integrations that extend ERPNext beyond what it does out of the box. You will work in Python, JavaScript and SQL against live client systems.
Suited to a developer who wants depth in one framework rather than surface familiarity with ten. Trainee applicants with solid Python fundamentals are welcome.
AI Engineer Intern (Frappe & LLMs)
Internship
Build LLM-powered features inside Frappe applications. You will integrate language models with the Frappe backend, construct retrieval pipelines over DocTypes and business data, and develop prompting strategies for real ERP use cases.
Strong performers are considered for full-time conversion. You should be comfortable with Python and genuinely curious about where generative AI is useful and where it is not.
ERPNext Consultant Intern
Internship
Learn ERP consulting by doing it. You will support senior consultants on live implementations, help with data migration and system configuration, prepare user documentation and run training sessions.
A strong starting point for commerce, engineering or management graduates who want to understand how businesses actually run before specialising.
How our hiring process works
Four stages, usually completed within two to three weeks. We tell you where you stand at every step.

Screening conversation
A 30 minute call about your background, what you want to build, and what the role actually involves day to day.
Practical assessment
A short exercise using a real scenario. Functional roles get a process mapping problem, technical roles get a build task.
Final discussion
A conversation with leadership covering fit, expectations and compensation. Offers follow within a week.

Where you will work
Our headquarters is in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, with a branch office in Chennai.
Pollachi gives you the pace and cost of living of a smaller city with client work that is anything but small. Our implementations run across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and the wider Indian market, and increasingly into Sri Lanka and the Gulf. Travel to client sites is part of most consulting roles.
