Unifying a 200+ product pharma distribution network on ERPNext
The challenge
Fragmented systems across a multi-tier distribution network. PTR, PTS and MRP pricing applied by hand with frequent errors, batch selection done manually with no FEFO, credit notes raised with no audit trail, and secondary sales invisible to head office.
What we built
A phased ERPNext rollout: a rule-based PTR/PTS/MRP pricing engine, FEFO auto batch selection, CFA and super-stockist management, bin-level warehouse control, secondary-sales visibility, and closed-loop credit-note and sample/claim workflows.
Turning daily price swings into live margin control
The challenge
Prices changed daily, margins did not. Raw-material cost shifted every morning, the margin on every open order moved with it, and nobody knew by how much.
What we built
A daily pricing engine where the owner enters the wire rate and the entire system recalculates instantly, location-based dispatch that auto-generates optimised delivery routes from confirmed orders, and order-driven production where what is ordered today drives what is manufactured tomorrow.
A single shipping platform for 7,000 users, domestic and international
The challenge
A large automobile manufacturer needed one shipping platform for its entire dealer and warehouse network - domestic and international - with carrier SLA tracking, weight-exception handling and checklist approvals.
What we built
A custom Frappe shipping platform: shipment management, carrier and dealer SLA tracking, weight-exception handling, checklist approvals, pickup and warehouse workflows, and an insights dashboard, across domestic and international operations.
Replacing WhatsApp and spreadsheets with one accountable platform
The challenge
Everything ran on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Member data lived in sheets, decisions happened in group chats - with no audit trail and no accountability.
